Almost 3 years after I took my first class in Shamanism and after 2 years of the Medicine Wheel and Advanced Shamanic Training, I’m officially a Shamanic Energy Healer. So much of this weekend felt like it was a full circle moment as some of my first work with Shamanism was around fertility. Then part way through the Medicine Wheel, I received the Rite of the Womb and knew at that moment that I was pregnant even though we had been trying to conceive for over 2.5 years. So it was super special to have our daughter with us for this moment! And of course, the synchronicities and validations that this path is right for me just continue. Jupiter is a lucky planet which is often characterized by excess which may indicate a larger quantity of eggs. This may result in multiple eggs being released at ovulation. Or it may indicate a large quantity of eggs are possible if an egg retrieval is done for IVF. However Pisces’ nature is not always so straight forward. With Pisces there is a lack of transparency, what you see is not always what it seems on first glance. So there can be an element of ambiguity here in terms of the eggs. One cannot simply assume the eggs are of a great quality or will fertilize appropriately simply because the moon is ruled by Jupiter. Taking a break from the Fertility astrology to post this because something exciting happened this weekend! Shamanism has become a bit of a buzz word lately. I see so many in the spiritual realm marketing their offerings as “shamanic”. I get it, it’s catchy! However, it’s very important to use your discernment when looking for someone who offers credible shamanic energy work and healing. Just over 2 years ago I began my journey studying Shamanism. And this past weekend I completed the year long journey of the Medicine Wheel by receiving the final initiations into the ancient Q’ero lineage of Shamans as a full mesa carrier! This represents so much hard work, personal dedication, changes and challenges, healing, and experiencing a depth I haven’t known in my other spiritual/healing modalities. The photo is of my mesa, an energetic extension of my physical body and my medicine bundle that I have painstakingly assembled over the past year. I use this medicine bundle in my shamanic energy work for clearings and healings and to give energetic protections. This has been such an amazing journey, and yet I still have so more to learn! Some of you may know that I’ve taken a leave of absence from my readings over the last several months. I’ve had a lot going on personally with currently being pregnant (yay) and also taking/finishing several courses! This summer I took The Soul Reading Method with Nikki Novo and this fall I took a Fertility Astrology Intensive with Nicola Smuts-Allsop. I’m also about to finish my year long Medicine Wheel Shamanic training in a couple weeks. It’s been a very busy year personally and spiritually for me! I’m so excited to expand my offerings this year with Fertility Astrology readings, virtual reiki classes, intuitive soul readings, and shamanic healings. To kick off some new offerings I’ll be starting a series of posts dedicated to fertility astrology. This is something near to my heart as I struggled for many years with infertility before conceiving my son 4+ years ago and again with my current pregnancy. Some of you may know that I’ve taken a leave of absence from my readings over the last several months. I’ve had a lot going on personally with currently being pregnant (yay) and also taking/finishing several courses! This summer I took The Soul Reading Method with Nikki Novo and this fall I took a Fertility Astrology Intensive with Nicola Smuts-Allsop. I’m also about to finish my year long Medicine Wheel Shamanic training in a couple weeks. It’s been a very busy year personally and spiritually for me! I’m so excited to expand my offerings this year with Fertility Astrology readings, virtual reiki classes, intuitive soul readings, and shamanic healings. It’s cancer season baby! ♋️ 🦀 I live in the mountains of Colorado and it has been an uncharacteristically cold and rainy spring. I’ve been doing some of Joe Dispenza’s meditations lately and loving them! Where your attention goes, Energy flows. So where are you placing your attention lately? I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions but I do think this can be a powerful time to clean up our thoughts and actions and focus more on what we want to call into our lives. In a former life as a snowboard instructor, I would alway tell students to look where they wanted to go. Don’t look at the ground, you’ll fall. Don’t stare at the tree, you’ll hit it. Look at the open space and that’s where you will go! Same idea here. If we spend all out time and energy thinking about the things we don’t want in our lives that is inevitably what we will call in. Now is a good time to start focusing intentionally on what we want to call into our lives. 9/9 Portal and Mercury Retrograde! Today kicks off some major energies that continue throughout the weekend with a Pisces Full Moon tomorrow. Night after dark night of the soul. This message of being cracked open has been on repeat for me lately. Such an uncomfortable place to be in. Working to let my pain, sorrow and losses make me, not break me. But it’s not easy. Ultimately the difficult times help us grow but that doesn’t mean it won’t hurt like hell.
