Prior to our session, I enter a meditative state where I connect with your energetic field, reading your chakras as a reflection of your current experience within this lifetime and physical body. I also access the Akashic Records, an energetic library that holds the story of your soul across lifetimes and dimensions, offering a broader and more expanded perspective.

Sessions may also include intuitive energetic healing where appropriate, allowing for both insight and integration.
